Our returns & refunds policy
Our return policy allows you to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, and receive a refund. If the item is returned after this period, we won’t be able to process a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at refunds@days-unwasted.com before sending your item. Please note that return shipments are at the customer’s own expense.

The product(s) must be returned in their original condition (packaging, plastic bag, accessories, tag, etc.)

In order for us to accept your return, the product(s) must be returned in perfect condition without any sign of wear and tear in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn. If you have ordered multiple products, make sure to put them in their original plastic bag. Putting multiple products in the same bag will lead to scratches. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not match these criteria.

If you purchased a piece from another retailer, please consult directly with the retailer in regards to their policies. We are not responsible for products purchased from other retailers.

Return Instructions

Please follow the steps below to make a refund:
– Include your delivery note – We use them to identify the order.
– Download and print the return form.
– Fill in your email address and order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or delivery note.
– Provide information on the product(s) you are returning, including any claims you may have using the claim box.
– Once the form is completed, schedule a pickup or drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL service point for return.
– Customers are responsible for the product(s) until it has been delivered to DHL (either to a pick up or to a service point). Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for reference.

Upon receipt of your parcel, we will process your request promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter regarding your return. You can expect the refund to appear in your account within 5 business days of the processing of your return.

Please be aware that we do not provide exchange services, unless you have received a faulty product(s) or have been delivered the wrong item(s). If you require a different size or style, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.

Important information

All returns must be made using DHL Worldwide Express through our provided return form. We cannot be held responsible for any product(s) returned using a third-party delivery service. The customer will be responsible for the item(s) until they are delivered to DHL, whether through a pickup or a service point drop-off. Please keep the shipment receipt and tracking number as proof of shipment and for tracking purposes.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival, and any returns that do not meet the specified criteria may be refused. Please note that we only offer a full refund if the product is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered. If the item is not returned in perfect condition, a deduction from the refund amount may be applied.

In the case of a claim or if we have delivered the wrong item, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Custom-made products cannot be returned.

On sale products cannot be returned.
